I\u2019m really looking forward to the event, hopefully I will see you there.<\/p>\n<h1><span id=\"more-529\"><\/span>What\u2019s it about?<\/h1>\n<p><a title=\"Art V Cancer - website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.artvcancer.com\/\"><strong>Art V Cancer<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is run by Chris Thornley (aka\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Raid71 - Twitter\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/raid71\">Raid71<\/a><\/strong>) &amp; Julia Hall. A couple of years ago Chris was diagnosed with a\u00a0very rare incurable non hodgkins lymphoma. Chris &amp; Julia are helping raise money for cancer charities by selling\u00a0signed limited edition prints, so far they have raised\u00a0\u00a34050\/$6300.<\/p>\n<p>The Charities\u00a0<a title=\"Art V Cancer - website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.artvcancer.com\/\"><strong>Art V Cancer<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0support are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CALLM\u00a0<\/strong>(Caring for Adults with Lymphoma, Leukemia and Myeloma)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Breast Cancer Campaign<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CLIC Sargent\u00a0<\/strong>(Caring for children and young people with cancer)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prostate Cancer UK<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancer Research<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Details<\/h3>\n<p>Featuring signed limited edition prints from\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Art V Cancer - website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.artvcancer.com\/\">www.artvcancer.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0raising money for Cancer Charities. We are also pleased to announce that you will be able to have your portrait drawn in spectacular Star Trek style on the night by the artist Emma Reynolds on a blow up Star Trek chair and witness some live doodling by the artist Pete Obsolete.
